Meet the team

Kelly Naylor

I started my fitness equipment sales career in 1999 working for a local dealer in the Columbus area. In 2005 I founded designFITNESS with one sales professional (me), one service person, and one controller. I started the company with the goal of providing customers with the absolute best fitness equipment possible, and more importantly, the absolute best customer service experience possible. Almost two decades later, we are a team of 15 and growing. Here’s a great quote that sums up designFITNESS “One thing about championship teams is that they’re resilient. No matter what is thrown at them, no matter how deep the hole, they find a way to bounce back and overcome adversity.” Without a great team around you, you are nothing and I’m proud to say we have a great team! Outside of work, I’m blessed with a beautiful wife and three children. I’m proud to say that my oldest daughter Payton went to Northern Kentucky University where she received an exercise science degree and had a very successful 4 year D1 soccer career and now she’s part of the team at designFITNESS. I also have 8-year-old twins, a boy and a girl, and I am enjoying seeing them grow, play sports and learn to love fitness as I do.

JT Collins

JT has been in the fitness industry since 2000. Prior to Design Fitness, I was on the sports surfacing side of the industry selling Mondo rubber flooring. I joined Design Fitness in 2009. I very much enjoy working with clients helping them turn their vision of their fitness space into reality. The fitness industry is filled with incredible people and it is a pleasure to be a part of this industry. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my wife and hanging out with friends.
